1.Q:Does Rii wireless K01V3 work well with my device?

　

 A:My friend, honestly to say, we’re not sure, since we don’t test it on every device.:)
Maybe you could test it first by yourself follow below method:
You could use a common wired keyboard with USB port and mouse on the device.
If they both work well, this item can work on the device, too .
If the device don’t support wired keyboard and mouse, we suggest you don’t buy this keyboard.:)

2.Q:where is the dongle ? there is no dongle on the parcel.

 

 A:My friend,the dongle is inside the keyboard when you receive the item .

　

　

　

3.Q: Why the RF keyboard doesn't work on my computer? Its yellow light flashes.

A: For RF keyboards, yellow light flashing means the keyboard fails to connect with your

computer, not the quality problem.Now you just need to repair the keyboard with thedongle. 

Repair steps:(only for the Rii mini keyboard without air mouse function,like Rii mini k01x1,  Rii mini i8, Rii mini i8+, Rii mini k01v3 etc.)

Step1: Keep your PC on.

Step2:Press the “F1” without releasing.

Step3:Power on the keyboard and release the "F1" immediately.

Step4:Plug the USB receiver on the USB port of your PC.

Wait a moment. The keyboard will repair automatically.

When the yellow light stop flashing, it means repair successfully.

Then you could try if it works well.

4.Q: How to make the backlight of Rii mini K01V3 keep light?

 A: Press Fn+F1 after the keyboard connect with your device.

If you don’t use it in 1 minute, the backlight will go off. You could press any key to light the backlit.

　

　

4.Q: Why the key of Rii mini k01v3 repeat, when press once,

   typing many letters, like press”a” , output ’aaaaaa’?

A: This situation sometimes happens when the 2.4G RF keyboard is used on smart TV.

Using the keyboard on smart TV, and plugging the USB dongle directly in the USB port behind the TV, 

this could lead to the the signal of the keyboard and dongle be interfered by the TV.

You could connect the USB dongle and the TV with an extension cord to solve this problem
